Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. In this role you will support PTs, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress in collaboration with the care team.

You will work in a clinical setting that values quality outcomes, independence, and functional goals, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate from an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety, and long-term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance movement and functional outcomes for adults and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
