Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered therapy for adult and geriatric populations. You will work under a PT, develop and implement rehabilitation plans, and contribute to quality outcomes in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualificações

• Licensed PTA or eligible in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
