Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point (Hudson) is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role within Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider. Work in a dedicated therapy gym inside the SNF to help residents regain function and independence with skilled care.

Qualified candidates are Florida-licensed PTAs or license-eligible, with SNF/post-acute experience preferred. Competitive pay with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, modern rehab facilities, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
