Step Up Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point (Hudson). Work inside a dedicated therapy gym in a skilled nursing facility, improving residents’ function through compassionate care.

Florida PTA licensure required (license-eligible considered).SNF or post-acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge useful. Competitive benefits and sign-on included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Net Health software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA therapy services to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function.
• Support residents’ independence and quality of life.
