Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, FL, is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time SNF position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Work inside a dedicated therapy gym, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled care.

The role requires Florida PTA licensure (or eligibility) and prior SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
