Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, FL, through Step Up Rehab, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting. You will work with residents to regain function and independence, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, modern rehab gyms, and comprehensive benefits. Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) is required, SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
