Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, FL, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). You will provide skilled PTA services in a SNF setting, working with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ safety, function and quality of life.

Eligible Florida PTA license required (license-eligible accepted). We offer competitive pay ($28–$38/hr), a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a robust benefits package including 401(k) match, PTO,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
