Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point (Hudson) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work full-time within the in-house therapy program Run by Step Up Rehab. You will provide skilled PTA services in a SNF setting, helping residents regain function and independence under an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires Florida PTA licensure (or license-eligible) and experience in SNF or post-acute care; Net Health knowledge is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
