Suru provides outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes across Southern California. We're looking for licensed PTAs to treat Suru patients near where they live and work.

As a PTA in this role, you will complete follow-up visits in patients' homes under the supervision of a licensed PT who handles evaluation and care plans. Most plans involve 2-3 visits per week over 12 weeks, with renewal when appropriate and you will be notified via the Suru app to accept patients and schedule visits.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Work as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Local business license (LLC not required).

Responsabilités

• Treat follow-up visits in patients' homes on schedule.
• Coordinate with supervising PT for evaluations and plan of care.
• Submit notes via the Suru app after visits.
