Suru Physical Therapy Inc. is seeking licensed PTAs to treat patients in their homes across Southern California, working on a per-visit basis. You will treat patients near where you live and coordinate visits using the Suru app, while Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation, and billing.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license
• Home health experience preferred
• A local business license (an LLC is not required)
• Work as a 1099 independent contractor

Responsabilités

• Treat follow-up visits in the patient's home with a licensed physical therapist available for questions
• Plans of care typically include 2–3 visits per week for 12 weeks and may be renewed as appropriate
• Accept patient assignments via the Suru app and set visit times directly with patients
• Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation, and billing
• Dictate and submit routine visit notes in the app (about a minute)
