Job summary

Suru Physical Therapy Inc. provides outpatient physical therapy in patients’ homes across Southern California. We’re seeking licensed PTAs to treat Suru patients near where they live and work.

You will treat follow-up visits in the patient’s home, with the evaluation and plan of care completed by a licensed physical therapist who will be available for questions. Plans are usually 2–3 visits weekly for 12 weeks and may be renewed as needed for continuity.

Qualifications

• Home health experience preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California is required.
• Independent contractor (1099) status.

Responsibilities

• Treat follow-up home visits; evaluated and care plan provided by licensed PT.
• Coordinate with patients to schedule 2–3 visits per week over ~12 weeks; renew plans as needed.
• Accept patients via Suru app and set visit times with patients.
