Job summary

Suru Physical Therapy Inc. provides outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes across Southern California. We are seeking licensed PTAs to treat Suru patients near where they live and work.

PTAs will treat follow-up home visits with supervision from a licensed PT; plans of care typically involve 2–3 visits weekly for about 12 weeks, with renewals as needed. The Suru app coordinates visits and billing, while notes are quickly dictated and submitted.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license
• Home health experience preferred
• A local business license (LLC not required)
• Work as a 1099 independent contractor

Responsibilities

• Treat follow-up visits in patients' homes; a licensed PT completes evaluation and is available for questions.
• Plans of care are usually 2–3 visits per week for 12 weeks and may be renewed when continued therapy is appropriate.
• Accept patients via Suru app and set visit times directly with patients.
• Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation and billing.
• Notes are dictated, reviewed and submitted quickly in the app.
