Responsibilities

• Treat follow-up visits in the patient's home. A licensed physical therapist completes the evaluation and plan of care and is available for questions.
• Plans of care are typically 2–3 visits per week for 12 weeks, often renewed when continued therapy is appropriate.
• Accept patients via Suru app and set visit times directly with patients.
• Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation, and billing.
• Routine visit notes take about a minute: dictate by voice, review, and submit in the app.
