Suru provides outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes across Southern California. We’re seeking licensed PTAs to treat Suru patients near where they live and work, on a 1099 independent contractor basis.

As a PTA, you’ll perform follow‑up visits under a supervising PT, with plans typically 2–3 visits per week over 12 weeks. You’ll coordinate visits via the Suru app and Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation and billing.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Independent contractor arrangement under 1099.
• Local business license recommended (LLC not required).

Responsabilités

• Treat follow-up visits in the patient's home.
• Plans of care typically 2–3 visits per week for 12 weeks; renewals as appropriate.
• Coordinate visit times with patient using the Suru app; accept patients near you.
• Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation, and billing; you focus on care.
• Dictate notes by voice, review, and submit in the app.
