Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver skilled PT services in home care. Under a Physical Therapist's plan of care, you will educate patients and families, implement therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and ensure safety during treatment.

The role requires a PTA license, at least 1 year of acute care experience (home care preferred), and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant required by state of employment.
• Minimum one-year PTA experience in an acute care setting; home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT services under the Physical Therapist's plan of care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and safety.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and prescribed interventions.
• Monitor patient responses and communicate progress to supervising PT.
• Complete accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
