Flagship Therapy in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program at Springdale Village Post Acute Care.

You will screen and evaluate patients, provide rehabilitative therapy, and contribute to discharge planning while collaborating with a compassionate team dedicated to geriatric recovery. The position offers a flexible schedule and competitive hourly pay of $32–$40, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• PTA license is required.
• Open to PTAs at all experience levels. New grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans following standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatments per clinical requirements.
• Administer procedures: manual therapy, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Counsel patients, families, and caregivers on physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries compliant with regulatory requirements.
