Flagship Therapy in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program at Springdale Village Post Acute Care.

You will screen and evaluate patients, provide rehabilitative therapy, and contribute to discharge planning while collaborating with a compassionate team dedicated to geriatric recovery. The position offers a flexible schedule and competitive hourly pay of $32–$40, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• PTA license is required.

SPRINGDALE VILLAGE POST ACUTE CARE – MESA, AZ

Join our team and start making a difference! Springdale Village Post Acute Care in Mesa, AZ is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $32 - $40 /hour based on experience

Duties

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
• Open to PTAs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
