Qualifications

• PTA license required.

• Experience with wound care and geriatric rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary therapies.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, and transfers as needed.
• Perform procedures in the rehab plan including exercises and modalities.
• Counsel patients and families on physical disorders and recovery.
• Generate discharge summaries compliant with regulatory standards.
