The role involves conducting initial screening and evaluations, delivering skilled therapy, and preparing discharge summaries while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• PTA license is required.
• New grads welcome; open to PTAs at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients, develop management plans in line with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Provide rehabilitative treatments per plan and regulatory requirements.
• Perform frequent standing/walking; assist with transfers and repositioning.
• Perform manual therapies, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Counsel patients, families, and caregivers on physical disorders.
• Prepare and finalize discharge summaries per requirements.
