Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient care in home health settings. You will work under licensed Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility and independence in daily living activities.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and ensuring safety during home visits. A valid PTA license and driver's license are required, with dependable transportation to assigned patients.

Formación

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.
