Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support home-based patient care under a Physical Therapist's supervision. You will help improve mobility and daily living activities, enabling greater independence for patients in their own homes.

Qualifications include an active PTA license in the employment state, a valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependent transportation, kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility, independence in self-care, and daily living skills.
