Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient care in home settings under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will help patients improve mobility and daily living skills using physical modalities and hands-on techniques.

Ideal candidates are licensed PTA in the state of employment with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. The role requires flexibility and a compassionate approach to support patients at home.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.
