Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in the home setting. Under the supervision of Physical Therapists, you’ll help improve mobility and daily living skills using therapeutic modalities, with emphasis on patient independence and safety.

Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative team, maintaining required licenses, driving to patient homes, and complying with all policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients under the direction of Physical Therapists to improve mobility and function.
• Help patients develop independence in self-care and daily living activities.
