Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team providing in-home care. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to treat patients with mobility impairments and help them regain independence in daily activities.

The role requires a valid PTA license, a current driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in the community.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Aufgaben

• Treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility and daily living skills.
• Work under direction of Physical Therapists.
