Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team on a contract assignment. This role delivers skilled physical therapy services in a SNF/LTC setting under the supervision of a Licensed PT, and requires professionalism and reliability.
The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree, an active PTA license (or in process), current CPR certification, and a collaborative mindset.
Formación
- Must have earned an Associate degree from an accredited school.
- Current state license as PTA or in process for PTA/PT Assistant licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed PT.
- Implement and modify the PT plan of treatment under supervision.
- Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
