Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA to join a SNF/LTC team on a contract basis in San Francisco, CA. The PTA will provide skilled PT services per physician orders under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed PT and will implement and adjust the patient\'s treatment plan accordingly.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals, while aligning with the organization\'s vision

Competenze

• Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state PTA license or eligibility in process.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment!This is a contract position.Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
