Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA to join a SNF/LTC team on a contract basis in San Francisco, CA. The PTA will provide skilled PT services per physician orders under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed PT and will implement and adjust the patient\'s treatment plan accordingly.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals, while aligning with the organization\'s vision

Qualificações

• Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state PTA license or eligibility in process.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders under the supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the patient\'s PT plan of treatment under supervision.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
