Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant for a contract assignment in Missouri. The PTA will provide skilled PT services under supervision, following physician orders and the PT's plan of care.

This role requires an active PTA license or current licensure process, CPR certification, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals in a SNF/LTC setting.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state PTA license or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Registered/Licensed PT.
• Implement and modify the patient’s PT plan of treatment under supervision.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Requirements

• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT .
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
