Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed or in the process of IL licensure to work in SNF/LTC facilities on a contract basis. A minimum of one year PTA SNF/LTC experience is required.

The role offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay, mileage reimbursement where applicable, 401(k), licensure and CEU reimbursement, housing accommodations if eligible, and the opportunity to explore assignments nationwide.
