Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant ( PTA ) certification in NC.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and support physical therapy care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and strength.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under PT supervision.
• Educate patients and families about exercises and home programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress.
