Job summary

Smithfield Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Smithfield, NC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team. You will conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans and oversee PTA interventions in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) certification in North Carolina.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred).
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Mentor and guide therapy staff.

Education
