Job summary

Diamond Care Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team in Florida. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across home health settings.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, administering exercises, educating patients, and documenting progress while collaborating with nurses, therapists, and other staff to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting or equivalent.
• 1 year of home health experience.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting or equivalent education and experience.
• 1- year of home health experience required
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience in home health, preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team.
