Job summary

Diamond Care Group is expanding and seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team, working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will implement treatment plans, administer therapeutic exercises and modalities across geriatrics, orthopedics, pediatrics, outpatient and acute care, observe and document progress, educate patients on home exercise programs, maintain records, and collaborate with RNs,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting or equivalent.
• Current state PTA licensure.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team.
• Commitment to compassionate, ethical, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under supervising PT for individualized care.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities across settings.
• Observe and document patient responses, reporting changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

Qualifications
