Job summary

Palms-Home-Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role emphasizes patient-centered care and compassion in home health settings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting or equivalent education and experience.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience in home health, preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and high-quality patient care.

• Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all patients.
