Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a 2026-2026 AmeriCorps Member for the Youth Education Academy to supervise and engage youth in afterschool, before-school, and summer programs, ensuring safety and well-being.

As a PT Youth Program Assistant you will lead and assist in academic, recreational, and enrichment activities, communicate with parents and staff, and help maintain records while promoting social and emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise and engage with youth in daily program activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records including attendance and incident reports.
• Support academic, recreational and enrichment activities aligned with program goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily program activities ensuring safety and well-being.
• Lead and assist in academic, recreational and enrichment activities.
• Serve as a positive role model promoting patience, respect and teamwork.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with program goals.
