Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. in West Windsor, NJ is seeking an Extended Day Program Assistant Group Leader. This part-time role assists with initiating, coordinating and implementing activities within the Community Education Extended Day Program.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with children, and leadership ability. You will work under the EDP Site Supervisor to nurture a safe, engaging after-school environment and to support program goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Must demonstrate leadership and prioritization with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage independent and ongoing projects in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an after-school program aligned to district goals.
• Evaluate program quality and make recommendations.
• Create monthly activity and snack calendars.
• Maintain supplies within budget and arrange purchases as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized storage and work area.
• Participate in required staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain communication with Site Supervisor and Group Leaders.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional conduct.
