Job summary

The Ruby Slipper Cafe in Mobile, AL is hiring dining staff to help maintain a fast, friendly brunch service. You will join a team that values hospitality and efficiency in a busy, all-day brunch concept.

Responsibilities include clearing and sanitizing tables, resetting for the next guest, handling soiledware, and keeping restrooms clean. Perks include medical and dental benefits, Paid Time Off, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables after guests leave the table
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – reset for next party
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in the designated areas
• Maintain a clean and efficient dining area to ensure guest satisfaction

Job Summary:

Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the Guests

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
• Clear tables after guests leave the table
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
• Serve Guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
