Job summary

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group, born from a small New Orleans restaurant, operates two brunch brands across the Southeast and continues to grow. The newest Ruby Krewe member will maintain a clean, efficient dining area by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables for a superior guest experience.

In this role, you’ll remove used tableware, reset tabletops between seatings, and assist with restroom upkeep, with daily opportunities for growth and pay increases.

Qualifications

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
• Clear tables after guests leave the table
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
• Serve Guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
• Serve Guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
