Job summary

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group in Metairie is seeking team members to maintain a fast, friendly brunch service. You will clear, sanitize, and reset tables to keep guests comfortable and tables ready for the next party.

No prior restaurant experience required. You’ll take care of restocking tableware, assisting servers, and ensuring restrooms are clean. We offer medical and dental benefits, PTO, family meals, and opportunities for growth and pay increases.

Qualifications

• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
• Clear tables after guests leave the table.
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required.
• Reset and arrange tabletop for next party.
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.

Responsibilities

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• No previous restaurant experience required
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
• Clear tables after guests leave the table
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
• Serve Guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
