Job summary

The Ruby Slipper Cafe is seeking team members to support our brunch-style service and keep dining areas clean and ready for guests. This role focuses on clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to ensure a smooth, fast-paced dining experience.

Key duties include removing used items, restocking, and maintaining restroom cleanliness on a 30-minute cadence. Weekend and day shifts available with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables between courses to maintain a clean dining area.
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables after guests leave the table.
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack in the designated areas.
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths and reset for next party.

Job Summary:

Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the Guests

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
• Clear tables after guests leave the table
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
• Serve Guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
