Job summary

Van Matre Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute in Loves Park, IL seeks a PT Therapy Team Leader who provides hands-on patient care while guiding a clinical team.

You will supervise therapists and assistants, develop treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and contribute to staff development and program quality.

Qualifications

• Active state PT/OT/SLP license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
