Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a PT Therapy Team Leader to balance hands-on patient care with team leadership. You will provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments while supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians.

You will coordinate team tasks, training, and schedules to meet business goals, drive quality improvement, and mentor staff. A PT license and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state PT/OT/SLP license required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities
