Job summary

Van Matre Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute is seeking a PT Therapy Team Leader who will balance clinical excellence with team leadership while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians, oversee evaluations, and coordinate team tasks to achieve patient outcomes and business goals.

Leadership experience is preferred, and a current PT, OT, or SLP license is required.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP license required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
