Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a PT Therapy Team Leader in Capron, IL to lead while continuing to provide hands-on patient care.

You will supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians, develop treatments, and drive quality improvements while mentoring staff.

A state PT/OT/SLP license and CPR/BLS are required; leadership experience preferred; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP license required.
• BLS/CPR required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
