Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a PT Therapy Team Leader who will provide hands-on patient care while guiding and mentoring a team of therapists, assistants, and technicians. You will balance clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes supervision, staff development, and coordinating team activities to meet business objectives, with opportunities for professional growth within a national rehab leader.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP license required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
