Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them to treatment areas with a staff member.
• Assist therapists by guiding patients through exercise programs.
• Set up and remove modalities as directed by the therapist.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize treatment areas and equipment between patients.
• Support front desk and clinic team during downtime while maintaining HIPAA standards.
• Ensure clinic is stocked and ready for patients, including laundry and supplies.
