Confluent Health LLC is seeking a PT Technician to support licensed physical therapists and deliver welcoming, patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinic.

You'll assist with exercises, set up modalities, and keep treatment areas clean, organized, and compliant with HIPAA. This full-time role offers hands-on training, competitive benefits, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide family of brands.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills for diverse patients.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists and staff.
• Able to work in a fast-paced clinic and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to treatment areas with a staff member.
• Assist patients through exercises as directed by therapists.
• Set up and remove modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Keep the clinic stocked and organized, including laundry and supplies.
• Support front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
