Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with patients of all ages.
• Must follow direction from licensed therapists.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Able to work with therapists, front desk staff, and clinic team.
• Take initiative to identify clinic and patient needs within the role.
• Remain on your feet and perform routine clinic tasks (cleaning, laundry, restocking).
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA standards.
• Reliable attendance; daytime availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to treatment areas with staff.
• Guide patients through therapist-directed exercises.
• Set up and take down modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Keep clinic stocked and organized (laundry, supplies).
• Anticipate therapists' and patients' needs and assist as needed.
• Support front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
