Job summary

Confluent Health LLC is seeking a PT Technician to greet patients, assist with treatment, and keep the clinic running smoothly. You will work closely with licensed therapists and support staff to deliver patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes patient interaction, attention to hygiene, and adherence to HIPAA standards. Training on clinic workflows and modalities will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff.
• Must maintain patient privacy and HIPAA standards.
• Reliable attendance and daytime availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide to treatment areas.
• Assist therapist-guided exercise programs.
• Set up and take down modalities as directed by the therapist.
• Clean and sanitize treatment areas between patients.
• Keep the clinic stocked and organized, including laundry and restocking supplies.
• Support the front desk during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Anticipate the needs of therapists and patients and assist where needed.
