Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a hands-on Aide to assist therapists with treatments under direct supervision at our clinics. You will help set up patients, maintain treatment areas, and support routine operations in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and attention to detail, with opportunities to participate in inventory management, administrative tasks, and community outreach as part of our patient‑centered care model.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; preference given to those pursuing a career in an allied health profession.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatments under direct supervision.
• Clean and maintain equipment, treatment areas, and linen supply.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning hot pack machines and disinfecting treatment tables.
• Set up patients for treatments and assist with exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling patients.
• Order supplies and assist with inventory management under the direction of the Clinic Director.
• Maintain safety protocols, including equipment checks and fire safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and support overall team efforts.
